In this 6 week program utilizing video conference calls, teams explore both the science and art of Emotional Intelligence. In this course, leaders engage in experiential learning practices to enhance their EI and thus their relationships at work. In doing so, they are better prepared to handle the full spectrum of issues for which they are responsible for as leader.
This nine-month series of monthly video conference calls is for those leaders who have completed the Ready, Set, Go Have Conversations that Matter series. It is a program to further develop leaders awareness and use of Emotional Intelligence and Energy Leadership. Participants explore with their cohorts real world situations and explore best practices with the guidance of a professional coach.
This is a six month program diving deeply in to the Energy Levels measured in the Energy Leadership Index. Teams explore and discuss in depth the impact of energy within the organization. Topics revolve around identifying barriers to success and developing strategies to overcome through use of leadership practices.
